Here at Eastpoint, we are very pleased to announce our OTIF (On Time In Full) rating has hit an all-time high of 98.21% during April.
Having averaged at 88% for 2014, our 2015 score is averaging over 95% so far and Dave Smith, Eastpoint’s Operation’s Manager attributes this success to the ongoing improvements being implemented throughout the whole company. “We have put in place many service improvements with suppliers, daily reporting and company KPI’s to ensure our customers benefit from faster lead times and an all-round better service experience. The team have learnt to take pride in finding new ways to improve our OTIF score and it is kept in front of everyone each day with our OTIF scoreboard. This approach has helped to ensure full buy-in from all staff”.
